Remember that macho asshole who was involved in an altercation with a woman and then tossed her 75-year-old father into a row of seats at the U.S. Open? He’s been arrested. Joseph Pedevill, 27, wasn’t so happy when neighbor Peter Scheider called him “an insane nut” in a New York Post article shortly after the tennis brawl and allegedly threatened to kill the man.
Tensions between the two have steadily grew and this latest death threat reportedly violated an order of protection that Scheider had filed against Pedevill.

So, the woman who resorted to violence walks and the dude who got attacked by the old fart gets arrested. Really? You think this guy deserves getting arrested? Cocky jerk? His behavior after getting slapped by the woman was impressive, because she deserved a punch in the face.
