With all the dysfunction in Albany, it’s hard to believe that anything can get done, but there are some measures currently floating around, offering a glimmer of hope, despite the leanings of Michael Long, chairman of the state’s Conservative Party.
He actually said “there is no medical proof that marijuana assists anyone anyway.” Really? Dude must not read much.
