Since when do sporting good stores sell switch blades? And most of those knives don't look like gravity knives either – is it the fact that they can be opened with one hand that makes it illegal?
And as far as cops are concerned, they'll give you a ticket for basically no reason when it comes to knives, even if that knife happens to be a tiny Swiss Army knife. The cop had to know that it was perfectly legal, but gave a buddy of mine a ticket anyway…
