Yesterday, Lil Wayne was released from Rikers Island and wasted no getting back into the swing of things. His close friend and post-jail paparazzo, DJ Scoob Doo, posted a photo of the rapper kicking back with a cigar, watching videos of himself and drinking what must have been iced tea out of a cognac glass, because according to TMZ, anything else would be a violation of his parole.

if questions were asked, couldn't they just claim that it was an old photo?
Would probably be easier to argue what's (NOT) n the glass than the date the photo was taken.
Personally, I can't imagine why the government thinks they need to tell a citizen–a famous musician at that— that he cannot drink a perfectly legal substance.
