Saggy pants, especially when compounded by skinny jeans, represent one of the worst fashion trends ever, but they shouldn’t be illegal. A NYC judge agreed and tossed out a summons against a Bronx man ticketed by the NYPD, writing: “While most of us may consider it distasteful, and indeed foolish, to wear one’s pants so low as to expose the underwear … people can dress as they please, wear anything, so long as they do not offend public order and decency.” |NYP|

I wish so much that it would just go away It really makes me feel like throwing up seeing kids and adult walk around with their boxers exposed and their complete arrogance thinking they look cool or hardcore
But they *do* offend public order and decency.
