Alright, waiting for exotic pet dealer to import these to America, "accidentally" have a couple of mating pairs release into the wild, and watch the (rat)shit storm to ensue. They'll make great pets. They'll be the next hipster girl handbag dog, only they'll be rats. Not dogs. Rats.
