A British man was sentenced to 12 months in prison for painting almost a dozen trains in Essex, England, and growing a weed plant in his backyard. Robert Martin, who goes by the name WEAR, was caught red handed last October with stupidly incriminating cell footage that was used against him, making the 23-year-old a dedicated vandal and good candidate for a Darwin Award. But still, a year? Free WEAR!
