Hermit and artist Henry Darger‘s home was a collage of image refferences. Stringed from the ceiling and glued onto walls, the bits of art, illustration clippings and photos intermingled with his own work that told the epic tale of the Vivian Girls. The images to which Darger woke up each morning and that inspired his own will be on display for the first time at the American Folk Art Museum. Let the quirkiness darkly ensue.
