London’s Barbican Art Gallery is selling “occult jam” made of gin, milk, sugar and bits of Princess Di’s hair bought on eBay for $10. As part of the gallery’s surrealist art show, food architects Sam Bompas and Harry Parr enhanced “the most mundane food of all” with “powerful artifacts” as a “small triumph over mortality” for $7.60 per 5lb jar.
