On Friday, Jay-Z announced that underground emcee Jay Electronica is joining Roc Nation and dude has already released two tracks with the new label. Over the weekend, he dropped the aptly named “Announcement” and today put out a “Shiny Suit Theory” featuring the very man that signed him.
