Even though no media outlet has authenticated Mel Gibson’s panting rants released by RadarOnline, we’ve all been having a field day with them, but just how real are they? According to one forensic audio expert, they’ve definitely been manipulated. Not only do they contain “gaps, transients, and fades,” but the voices are also on two different tracks which is odd to say the least. Don’t get me wrong, in all likelihoods he’s still batshit insane, but we don’t need any aural special effects to confirm that. |ABC|

You can tell his and her voice are often on different tracks just by listening. So, one wonders what else she might have said to sort of goad him maybe? But there's no overlap on where he begins, so one can assume it wasn't in an argument? i dunno. work sucks.
