Here’s a rather
shameless odd use of graffiti marketing. Street cred needy cell phone carrier, MetroPCS, hired graffiti writers like COPE, MISTER CARTOON and SEN2 to paint three of their stores in Harlem and the Bronx. And we’re not talking cutesy, colorful murals either. They were commissioned to do tags and fill ins, although they did let everyone know this was “sanctioned.” Now if someone could just explain why.
