Officials are making a whole slew of changes to the city’s constitution, but New Yorkers don’t seem to know anything about it. The Office of the Public Advocate cut a video that should, at the very least, shame Gotham residents into at least a Google search.

For those feeling a little more guilty, the next public hearing, which is on term limits, will take place tomorrow at Brooklyn Borough Hall, starting at 6PM. The hearing will be open to public comment, but if you can’t attend and still want to remain somewhat aware of the goings-on, there will be a live webcast here. Also feel free to sign this petition if you think there needs to be some more public outreach before any changes start getting made.
