Starting to sound like Bush? He's been the third term of the Bush Administration all along. No, don't ask me to explain. Ask the people who are still getting tortured in our military bases and CIA strongholds. Or ask the families of the ever-increasing dead Iraqis and Afghanis and Palestinians.
