Philadelphia mostly sucks, but finally, some good news from the City of Brotherly Love: officials are in the process of drastically reducing the penalties for weed possession. The policy goes into effect in the next few weeks and anyone busted with a little over an ounce (30 grams), will pay a penalty, but won’t get a criminal record. Too many small time weed offenses are clogging up their courts and they hope this will flush the stoners out of the system. |Philly|

Hey asshole NYC transplant, watch your mouth about Philly. My guess is you’ve probably been there once or twice and maybe have seen 1/1000th of the city. It’d be advisable to not taint good reporting with petty, uninformed lambasting.
Does Philly even have any business or industry left besides weed sales?
