We’re not sure why ABC News had to sue the National Institute of Standards and Technology, a federal agency that helped investigate the 9/11 attacks, to obtain aerial photos of the crumbling World Trade Centers, but with the help of a Freedom of Information request, the media organization was given almost as many images as people died.
