I think you have a typo in the article. It says Christie "refuses to implement the most restrictive medical weed policy in the nation," but I think you meant that Christie, in fact, plans on implementing the most restrictive medical weed policy in the nation.
If that's the case, then I agree with the gist of the article. Anti-weed laws are examples of stupid and unnecessary overreaching by the nanny-state, and a small government advocate should recognize that.
@Prince: The missing word was "even." Shockingly, won't implement the most restrictive weed policy in the entire country.
