Chris Brown found an unlikely ally in Ron English, as confirmed to ANIMAL by Ron English’s wife, Tarssa Yazdani. News of Brown starting a “graffiti movement” of “Breezy Art” heavily hinged upon his association with the artist and surprisingly, it wasn’t invented by his reps.
Tarssa Yazdani forwarded us these photos, including one of Chris Brown’s tattoo of Ron English’s art and said:
We did meet with Chris, who’s a very sweet guy. He’s very interested in art and doing something with Ron.
Why do this now and not when Brown’s album dropped? How will Ron English turn Chris Brown’s questionable cartoons and bad rep into art? Well, Ron English is the ultimate popagandist…

He truly is interested in Art. When 20/20 did that special a year ago, they showed his million dollar house in either Virgina or West Virginia and I remember the walls were covered in art. Graffiti. He even had these massive colorful statues. Its clear. And he's covered in tattoos.
So when you ask, why not when his album drops, well you wrote it yourself: it wasn't invented by his reps. So, just because someone has a bad past, doesn't mean everything has an ulterior motive. It seems that this young man clearly loves art, and in a country that seems to keep cutting art from school, and with this young fans, it can really help art in general. Anything that promotes art to young people that doesn't involve just going to gallery is wonderful.
Ron English, who I am a fan of, once said that himself. It explains why so much of his art is for the public on billboards. And as for helping his rep: I doubt doing an art show will help his rep. And it seems like he'll go on with his career at the very least in the urban market: his song '"deuces" off of a mixtape has been number 1 for 10 weeks on the billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Chart. Doing art with Ron won't help him do better on the pop charts.
