We may all be guilty of prematurely using Snowpocalypse and Snowmageddeon to describe the past two storms to trample the city, in light of the latest and most severe weather yet, dumping approximately 17 inches of the white stuff in Central Park. This was also the scene of the latest tragedy, as one man was killed by a falling tree and a similar culprit damaged a bus on Fifth Avenue. It’s also being reported that 200,000 people are without power because of the blustery weather and things have gotten so bad, that even the New York Post’s editors may have been confused, running a photo of a snowy City Hall in Philadelphia for an article mostly about snowy NYC.

Snowpacalypse is the term used to describe the snow that was slamming the DC/Maryland/Virgina area, not the snowstorm hitting New York.
Joe: sigh.
Pedantic bunch of beyotches on this site.
Pedantry is really disgusting. Don't they put you in prison and when you get out you can't live close to a school or playground or something like that?
