Before everyone starts writing off these Facebook or Twitter themed sneakers by web designer Gary McKay as online concepts with no legs, be wary. If a sneaker activist can convince Nike to produce a frightfully ugly pair of kicks based on an 80s movie, anything is possible and with the popularity of social networks, almost certain.
