Presenting: Andrey Gordeev’s calendar of illustrated views from taxis across the world. See the consistently skillful series in varying degrees of deliberate, humorous cultural insensitivity below.

The popular artist who looks like this (do notice the national outfit and rosy mug, please) depicts the Russian backseat experience with poignant accuracy – complete with a bribe-hungry copper, a bearded ex-sailor driver equipped with a newspaper cone of sunflower seeds and a road-side bear encounter.

The United States visual parody is not nearly offensive enough, however, unless oval-shaped people and Mickey paraphernalia are more frightening from the Ru POV.
