Pop-up/parasite gallery Boo-Hooray presents: mixed-media montages of Jon Savage (author of England Dreaming, etc) and Linder (visual/performance/installation artist, Luder musician, one of Morrissey’s few friends).

Aside from the well-known imagery that contributed to the image of the Buzzcocks, Joy Division and Factory Records circa 1977-1980 and art-zine “The Secret Public,” the exhibition will feature artists’ collage source materials/ephemera, underground and urban decay photography, and a bunch of other props for UK’s lost-era fetishism. May 10 – May 23, Boo-Hooray (in the Steven Kasher Gallery), NYC (Jon Savage DJ-ing on May 10th, 6-9pm)
