shits fresh. … but why would you expect the mta to buff a spot that requires them to shut down a third rail or stop service immediately… some times the danger you put yourself in is directly related to how long the spot runs for.
lol what?, there is no danger in this spot, besides getting caught. and they wouldn't turn off the third rail to buff this.
they could easily jump down and quickly paint over this in a matter of 2 minutes without shutting off a rail that sees no electricity until a train pulls in. the reason they haven't done it is because they're lazy and it's not high on their priorities at the moment.
