Sure, it's not a fact it was an Israeli operation, if by "fact" you mean Israel hasn't publicly admitted it. But it quite clearly was an Israeli operation—they have the means, motivation, and history of assassinations—so let's put the stupid "you don't know it was Israel" nonsense to bed.
