Venezuela’s fiery president, Hugo Chavez, jointed Twitter yesterday and he’s already managed two tweets and attracted over 100k followers. Hahahahah! That fucktard or someone in his "ministry of information" or whatever the fuck probably thinks that by using "modern technology" to interact with "the people" that he'll score some PR points with "young people" outside Venezuela.
