The Hells Angels aren’t allowed to deploy an anti-people bar on the bench outside of their headquarters and the DOT told them to remove it gloats the New York Post. As it turns out, the bench is public property, so technically they’re not permitted to lord over it, although no one’s gonna challenge them if a member is standing watch.
