In late January, NYC-based artist calling himself Outré worked with a funny named photographer named tomachface on “Family Jewels,” (above) a series of public art panels parodying Jennifer Kotter’s 1993 “MTA Jewels” (below), an installation in the pedestrian tunnel of 14th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues and no one really noticed.
