Ron English Remixes Anitabortion Billboard

Popagandist and fine artist with street cred Ron English sent us his suggestion for replacing the now infamous and disassembled ad targeting black women who love abortions via this altered image. I wonder how this one would poll in Soho.

The Crazy Shit Glenn Beck Says Isn’t Original

Charlie Sheen interviewer and conspiracy theorist Alex Jones says he’s sick of Glenn Beck stealing all his content and repackaging it with a touch of extra crazy on Fox News. New Tasty Ice Cream for Vegans!

The 100% natural treat is made from Madagascan vanilla pods, lemon zest and oh yeah, breast milk. A London restaurant is selling the “Baby Gaga” ice cream that’s served in a martini glass by a costumed waitress. It retails for about $22. Sprinkles are presumably extra.

Offensive Anti-Abortion Billboard in SoHo is Down

That exploitative anti-abortion billboard in SoHo has been taken down by Lamar Outdoor advertising company after public outrage. The child model’s mom was “devastated” and surprised by the billboard because she “would never endorse something like that” and wants an apology. However, the anti-reproductive rights group Life Always still owns the stock photo of six-year-old Anissa Fraser and is using it on their site, far out of reach of vigilante vandals.

Discovery’s Final Voyage

A little before 5PM today, NASA lit the fuse to the flying bombs used to blast the space shuttles into space and they worked! The SRBs successfully hurled Discovery towards the heavens for its last mission, as the space agency continues to retire the orbiters and the shuttle program itself, which is currently scheduled to end with the launches of Endeavour and Atlantis later this year.
