How Did Hula Hooping Not Make the List?

According to the Daily News, lawmakers in Albany are turning kids into pussies. They passed some law in 2009 that was meant to close a legal loophole involving day camps. It resulted in the New York State Department of Health creating a list of “organized games” that present a “significant risk of injury” and should a camp schedule two or more of these activities, could face increased regulations.

This would include childhood faves like dodgeball, tag, capture the flag, red rover and even wiffle ball, which is baffling, considering the last two are way low on the list of injury-prone games based on the health department’s own statistics.
