That’s the message two brave member of Congress are taking to The Hill on Thursday when they introduce a collabo bill that would end the “the federal war on marijuana” and allow the states to decide whether they want to tax and regulate it. The cosponsored legislation by Representatives Barney Frank and Ron Paul basically does for weed, what the Twenty-first Amendment did for alcohol about 78 years ago, when Prohibition ended. Banksy’s TOX Tribute Boarded Up

In a matter of hours, Banksy’s latest piece — a tribute to London graffiti writer TOX who was recently convicted of criminal damage — has been located, measured and boarded up. Presumably, the swift action was taken to protect the work’s monetary value… or to keep Jeffrey’s Street residents from getting a new window chiseled out of their wall for eBay cha-ching.
The feds finally caught up to James “Whitey” Bulger, an infamous, old school Irish-American mobster from Boston whose been on the run for almost two decades. He was arrested on Wednesday in Santa Monica. The FBI is celebrating with an update to their Ten Most Wanted Fugitives webpage and a downloadable “Captured” poster with three age-adjusted images of the the legendary crime boss. Btw, when discussing Jimmy, there must be a mention of him inspiring Martin Scorsese’s hit movie, The Departed.
