Ron Paul Getting Shafted by the Media
Last night, the Daily Show brilliantly captured the overt media bias against Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul. And everyone’s guilty of it. According to the latest figures, he’s still receiving lots of support and in the much hyped, most recent, Ames Straw Poll in Iowa, he came in 2nd place, well ahead of Tim Pawlenty who was in third and has subsequently quit the race.
But you’d never know from the pundits, who are controlling the narrative as they see fit and have already decided which candidates are newsworthy or not. Watch democracy in action:

that's not a value judgement of his candidacy, just the fact.
The straw poll vote for Paul are Libertarians ( the pot and gun party) that actually read Atlas Struggled. The rest of the neo Randites are teabaggers that have no real idea of who and what Rand is about.
The Iowa straw poll isn't the only one that has given him favorable numbers. There's something wrong about the media ignoring the current facts on the ground and choosing the candidate of their liking or who they think will make the best rivalry.
