I live a block away from that meat market and saw something better. Same van but they were dragging whole goats (skinless of course) via shopping cart into their store. Tasty!!!
While that may look disgusting and unappetizing, the fact is that once cooked, it's irrelevant. The harmful bacteria that could form and make someone sick cannot live above 140 degrees, which is not really that high a cooking temperature.
Frankly I could give a shit either way, I don't eat red meat, halal or otherwise.
People always confuse "eww, that grosses me out" with "shit, that can kill me". If you're going to eat meat stop being so squeamish about the visuals – I mean, you DO understand where it comes from, right?
What do you mean? Meat is always delivered by the Meatster Bunny. He comes to your home late at night while your asleep and stuffs his meat into your fridge. His sweet meat comes from his imaginarium. At least that's what I've been told.
