Chinese dissident and world’s most powerful artist Ai Weiwei has directed this W Magazine spread at Rikers Island via Skype from his studio in Beijing, because he has a good sense of humor about being kidnapped and imprisoned by the government for 80 days. As it is, NASA shafted New York when it choose the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum as the final resting place for Enterprise, the only space shuttle that never actually made it into space, but at least that’s better than nothing. Read more »
