Fuck Ricky Powell. Kid's only 24 thinking he OG, anyway.
Pretty sure he's about 50 actually. Anyhow, he's been writing quite a bit in the hood recently. PS 41 (also on Greenwich) has some Ricky scrawls too, saying "Ricky Powell, Class of '72"
Ricky is the man! Glad to see him out doing his thing… I remember him mentioning he used to tag TOFU or VEGAN or something like…
One year I went up to Washington Heights with Ricky and Sue Kwon to take photos of the Supreme guys skating, bombing the suicide hills… I had no idea who any of these guys were. and asked Ricky… who are you again? you name sounds familiar? haha
Obviously, you know nothing about anything.
