Traffic Victory Declared at Grand Army Plaza

The DOT finally got around to making Brooklyn’s Grand Army Plaza a little less deadly. An overhaul of the notoriously dangerous traffic circle has been completed. The upgrades include controversial things like bike lanes, crosswalks, traffic signals.
