Day 97

  • Deutsche Bank is backpedaling on their anti-Constitutional policy at 60 Wall Street and will allow protesters to display signs when they’re congregating in the privately owned public space.
  • The defenders of the Constitution over at the NYCLU launched a website specifically dedicated to Occupy Wall Street.
  • At least one resident of Lower Manhattan if fed up will all the horseshit on Wall Street, literally!
  • Get ready for a flurry of lawsuits on behalf of OWS protesters and free speech from coast to coast.
  • Defense contractors will soon offer a military-style riot shield that civilian police departments can deploy against protesters.
