Plastic Surgery Patients’ Action Portraits

After crafting Sarah Palin’s likeness out of naughty flesh bits grafted out of porno magazines, artist Jonathan Yeo is back with a new series. It’s also surgical, but literally this time. These portraits of stretched faces under narcosis and various under-construction breasts were painted from photographs of real plastic surgery patients. Some source photos were given to him by surgeons. Some were snapped by Yeo when he sat in on one. Read more »
