obviously none of you people have lived in england, there, this place would be considered a huge palace….
I don't know if I consider 400 sf a terribly small urban apartment, since I've lived and entertained fairly comfortably with two people living in a 490 sf space, but I like that custom cabinet a lot. The resident says he likes to cook, but I think he could manage with fewer kitchen gadgets. Cool place though.
