Madrid-based intervention art crew Luzinterruptus have cooked up something quite eerie and darkly amusing for their latest light installation in Hamburg, Germany. Watch a hundred “radioactive” suits in a field, advancing in menacing rows towards the Dockville Festival grounds. They are aglow with mass “paranoia” suffered in the wake of the nuclear meltdown in Japan… and lights, naturally.

We know how it is. At the first sign of minor seismic activity, we’re already shuddering in the proverbial direction of Indian Point. Egh. With project Radioactive Control, Luzinterruptus reminds: “Germany has been the first developed country to announce the total abandonment of nuclear energy by 2022.” Your serve, USA.
