Here’s Brazilian performance artist Renato Atuati staggering around in a suit of dangling bananas (Home Sweet Home) and imitating Christ in the middle of a highway in São Paulo. Oh yeah.

Here we see Atuati stalking towards the favelas while carrying a stolen street sign “cross.” The watery vomit spurting out of a slit in his tar-black tarp-outfit is a metaphor, because that’s how performance art works sometimes, folks! Now get him together with the Oily Land crusader and you got a posse.
