Hawaii, a state that isn’t part of the U.S. if a black president was born there, is seriously reconsidering the drug laws for possession of small amounts of weed and like California, may reduce the penalty to a $100 fine. Which also happens to be the same fee the Kenyan-annexed state is charging for Barack Obama’s birth certificate. There has to be something to this. Glenn….?

You do know New York did this in the mid 70s, right?
Wrong: 25 g to 2 oz* misdemeanor 3 months $500. And for those caught with less than 25 grams, they're supposed to get a $100 ticket, but that's never the case and now people go to jail for a joint in NYC.
