A major Japanese whaling ship abandoned its hunt in Antarctic waters, for now, after ballsy members from the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society chased it down and disrupted their operations. According to the Sydney Morning Herald, crew from the group’s high tech speedboat, Gojira, first spotted the “factory ship” Nisshin Maru and then called in the bulkier Bob Parker to hold things down. Japan’s Institute of Cetacean Research, which is the fanciest name ever for an organization that promotes whale killing, condemned the “violent” acts on their “whale research vessels.” That’s some expert PR-work right there.

Good?What is good?
Which is behaving within the law?
If they want to protest it,why don't do that in the legal way?
People eating whales are primitive?
"Primitive" is which?
"Violent" is which?
You're right, Rosa Parks and Ghandi had it wrong.
Yeah, but Rosa Parks and Ghandi never tried to intentionally cause harm to others or property. That's sort of the opposite of what they wanted actually.
My point was that they were technically criminals. See what I did there? I demonstrated that laws aren't always moral. And people that protect whales in this manner don't really endanger any body but themselves or any property but their own.
Won't someone please think of property?!
Looks like the "pirates" did it.

ironically Japan didn't begin consuming vast amounts of whale meat until after the US occupation following WW2…another example of failed Democrat(ic) foreign policy…
Ah, those same Democrats that were able to wrap up a World War twice as fast as subsequent Republican presidents' police actions? Makes sense.
