Wouldn’t it be nice to take a dip in the East River without fear of contracting a disease? It can be done… with money. The group who designed the concept for a giant, plus-shaped public pool using natural, but filtered river water, just launched a Kickstarter page to help make their aquatic vision a reality. They need $25,000 to get the ball rolling, but it will ultimately take $250,000 to make a big splash. Who’s in? Solicitation video below:
