Knitters from Canada are taking to Facebook to organize a so-called International Yarn Bombing Day on June 11. Will they recruit enough followers in NYC to noticeably turn our urban nooks and crannies all fuzzy and colorful? Will yarn bombers and crochet bombers face off in a street turf war? Will the world survive?
