According to George Mason University’s freedom index (PDF doc), New York is the least free state in the country based on the “public policies that affect individual freedoms in the economic, social, and personal spheres.” Between ultra high taxes, huge social spending programs, eminent domain abuses, strict gun control laws, and regulations permeating every aspect of residents’ lives, like smoking, the Empire State has a totalitarian grip on its citizenry.

NYC needs George Mason U to tell them that? Parking tix, bike tix up the ass. Taxes, licensing fees, everything aimed by Mayor Mike to chase the working man out of town. My record? Getting stopped/searched five times in a week. At bar got raided by cops, got stopped at a traffic spike, got questioned at a subway incident, got a ticket for no seatbelt parking in front of the new york times building, had my block cordoned off and argued with cops who wouldn't let me get to my apartment. Like those shits who fought over noodles on the Upper West, you all deserve what you got.
