A Greyhound bus bound for New York from Philadelphia was delayed by about 30 minutes when an unruly passenger caught acting a fool refused to get off. As it turns out, the man was later identified as NYPD Sergeant Carlos Fabara, a 14 year veteran of the force and holder of a department record for civilian complaints.
According to the person who uploaded the footage to YouTube for us all to enjoy, the officer was “stumbling drunk and slurring when he boarded,” however, it was the smoking of cigarettes in the bathroom that really ticked off the bus driver.
So, he asked Fabara to leave and the officer refused to budge. A security guard tried to physically remove him, but that didn’t work after numerous attempts. Eventually, a Philly cop showed up and effortlessly handcuffed the man, eliciting cheers from fellow passengers.

At least no one was raped, wrongfully arrested or shot 1,342 times.
Further proof that most of the goons who work for NYPD are unfit to behave like normal people while sitting on a bus, let alone carry a gun and do police work.
This drunk cop probably had his gun on him. Security, the cop and all the tough guys on the bus, probably didnt think of that.
