This cheesy babe calendar was put out by the popular Russian political youth movement Nashi or “Ours” (dubbed “Nashists,” ’cause they’re nuts.) I’ve translated the pun-laden bilines of this “Sex Vs. Corruption/Love Vs. Evil” spectacle of nubile Nationalism you. Now here’s why this is ironic…

On April 16, Nashi action “White Aprons” will flood the Internets as 50,000 young ones video-complain about “corruption, bribes and lawbreaking.” Who are they? Remember that Hitler Youth-like Nationalist camp? Nashi. Last time they counted in 2007, there were 120,000 members aged 17-25 and reps appointed in the gov. These “reformers” are actually funded by Kremlin and pro-government businesses, but shh. Supposedly formed to fight Russian Nazis and skinheads, they’ve been caught paying said skinheads to intimidate rivaling activist groups. Their goal? To fight “Anti-Fatherland union of oligarchs, Anti-Semites, Nazis and liberals.” They’ve also been caught preaching hostility against minorities and yep, Jews. Apparently, the anti-Nazi part of their agenda consists solely of calling liberals Nazis… like when they put effigy heads of journalists “who blacken our homeland’s reputation” on spikes and topped them with Wehrmacht caps. Confused yet?  Tl;dr – Nashi is corrupt, the girlies are confused.
