The Second Avenue subway is still years away from completion, but the T train is quickly gaining popularity among consumers of transit paraphernalia. It’s one of the MTA’s top 10 selling lines, despite its shade of robin’s egg blue, which the New York Times reports as being a tough color to work with interior decorator-wise. An Upper East Side designer echoes this worriment and says it could be disastrous if the T is juxtaposed with a line sporting a less flattering color. Oh, the travesty!
