After just two episodes, the Travel Channel has confirmed that bike messenger reality show Triple Rush is “temporarily not on air,” which sounds a lot like a euphemism for it was canceled. We contacted them and are awaiting an official statement, but for now feel free to speculate wildly on Twitter where the backlash and outpouring of support has already begun. Not airing the rest of this series is an Epic fail. I waited all week to see tonights episode that is not even going to air according to their schedule and I am pissed. It was a promising show, something different from all the kings of food and cakes and weddings and junk. It would never have been cancelled if Bike Messengers made a ton of money then it could be as crappy as Real Housewives or some shit and stay on the air.

WOW f*ck you travel channel.. I too waited all week for this show to come on. Not many shows as unique as Triple Rush. Very disappointing to see you guys shelf this season down the drain.

I really like this show. I too waited all week for this show tonight. I don't watch many shows, but I saw this late night and wanted to know more, so I googled it. Its different and I like the premise behind it. These people work hard for their paychecks, biking in NYC at high speeds can not be easy.
WTF, this is the best show on Thursday, you disappoint Travel Channel. Thanks for being like the rest of TV, a total let down!
hopefully they put more shows about cupcakes, aspiring models or designers, or wedding dresses. God knows we need more of that. EPIC FAIL!
This was a REAL reality show but I guess they didn't make enough money or whine enough to be profitable for the Travel Channel. What a disappointment. These were people really trying to make a living in a harsh place. I really enjoyed what I saw of it and like the rest waited all week to watch it Thu. evening only to see it was not there. WTF!!!!!

I was also waiting all week for the next episode. If you are in charge of air time and find yourself reading this you should follow these simple steps Pull foot from mouth and Head from ASS! This show was sure to go BIG. What a bunch of CRAP!
Introduced to this the third week looked forward to seeing something else on travel channel other than no reservations. Travel Channel you fail.
This show has so much potential! I am already hooked and now canceled? This is a fail on the network and to be honest a glimpse into a network that just inst ready for a show like this. They are trying to be the Discovery Channel and just do not yet have the talent and experience to make this show work, It is a shame that the viewers and the cast were set up for such disappointment because they got cold feet.
I really do not understand the Travel Channel. I literally only started watching them because of Triple Rush. What pisses me off the most is how nobody from Travel Channel is making a statement (other than some half-hearted Facebook comment and a plug for a new show – how effing cheesy!) This is an important opportunity for them to seize the moment and admit a mistake. Maybe even promote Triple Rush a little. While they're at it, announce a season 2!
I'm not holding out hope that they know what they're doing because obviously nobody there does!

It's a shame I was one of them, and it made me want to ride again. yes it was better before texting, smart phones, and computers, you made more money but it was still dangerous. I thought the show had a lot to give but i quess you wouldn't know unless youv'e been there or done that. Shame on you T.C. I had friends that died doing their job. Shame on you….

It is a shame…I like Andrew Zimmern as much as the next guy but triple rush was such as refreshing change to the usual shows on TC. Please consider bringing it back.

damn i watched the first ep and was hooked but went to europe for 2 weeks. as soon as i came back i searched for it only to find out it was no longer airing. wtf i liked this show
This show was hyped way too hard, and had far to narrow an appeal. I watched both episodes, and found myself to be delighted with the collective failing, watching the dispatchers lose their control and seeing how little regard the messengers had for the laws. I was terribly disappointed with the flailing story lines, the advertising ‘in show’ and how little explanation there was for the actual drama, vis a vis: Wild Bill being a raging dick. Good decision on the part of travel channel.
WTF? All the hype, they get your attention, & disappear. They can't even post accurate info or the status on their website. I hate BS like that. It was a great start w/ lots of promise. Thumbs down to the TC.

Dear Travel Channel,
You will never be able to beat the food network when it comes to food shows. Maybe you should try doing something different and bring back Triple Rush. It obviously has an appeal to a community that is unaddressed by most other television, so keep us watching.
As an avid bicylist myself, I related to the show triple rush, and I am very dissapointed and angered by the Travel Channel cancelling the show! I pretty much have lost all interest in the Travel Channel and will not be tuning in to them any longer. Travel Channel you have made a serious mistake by Cancelling this show Triple Rush!!!
