Mayor Bloomberg was out touting the success of NYC’s restaurant grading system and said he’d like to see it extended to food trucks: “Personally, I would love to see, before I buy from a cart, a sign up there telling whether or not the guy washed his hands before he reaches in and pulls out the hot dog.” Only thing is, as we’ve mentioned, the current program doesn’t do that, hence why it’s all bullshit anyway.
